A 19-year old student of Ipetu-Ijesa College of Technology, Olonade Tomiwa, has committed suicide in Ilesa, Osun State, Southwest, Nigeria.

SP Yemisi Opalola confirmed the unfortunate incident in Osogbo.
Opalola disclosed that the deceased was found hanging lifeless with a telephone cable in the compound.
According to the SP, the case was reported at Ilesa ‘A’ Division, youth leader in the town, named Agboola Olusola.
Opalola also disclosed that no mark of violence was discovered on the body of the deceased when the Police visited the scene of the incident.
She said the remains of the deceased has been deposited at the Wesley Guild Hospital mortuary in Ilesa after the Police had taken several photos of the scene, as well as revealed that investigation has started concerning the matter.
