Photos ๐ Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), on Friday, visited the JIBWIS National Mosque in Abuja for prayers.
Tinubu went to the worship center to observe the Juma’at prayers.
The Juma’at prayers is the Friday prayers or congregational prayers that muslims hold every Friday. It is a serious Islamic ritual which is held in high esteem.
Running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima, was at the JIBWIS National Mosque with Tinubu as they observed the Juma’at prayers together.
Also at the mosque are; House of Representatives Speaker, Senator Femi Gbajabiamila; Governor of Kano State, Umar Ganduje; former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nuhu Ribadu, among other Muslim faithfuls.
Following the conclusion of the Juma’at prayers, Tinubu had a short meeting with members of the APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) for the 2023 presidential election.
After 12 days in London, Bola Tinubu returned to the country on Thursday.
Senator Uba Sani, who is the Senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, as well as Kaduna State Governorship candidate APC 2023, made this known on his official Twitter account with photos.
