Emmanuel Macron, President of France, has warned that the “outbreak of war” between the United States (US), Israel and Iran will negatively affect global peace and security.

The US and Israel have attacked Iran. Israel said its strikes targeted Iran’s supreme leader, president and head of the armed forces. The US is planning for several days of attacks, sources tell CNN.
The French President said, his country is taking every measure available to ensure the security of its national territory alongside its interest in the Middle East.
President Macron said on X: “The outbreak of war between the United States, Israel, and Iran carries grave consequences for international peace and security.
“In this decisive moment, all measures are being taken to ensure the security of the national territory and that of our compatriots, as well as our interests in the Middle East.”
In its retaliation, Iran fired unprecedented barrage of strikes towards Israel and American targets in the Middle East with explosions reported in Bahrain, Qatar, Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All flights in the targeted countries to and fro airports have been suspended.
Macron made known, France is ready to deploy resources to ensure the protection of its “closest” allies at their request.
He said, the escalation which is ongoing is “dangerous for all”, adding, the Iranian regime must come to the table and negotiate as it has no option, but, to put an end to its nuclear and ballistic programmes.
President Macron said: “France also stands ready to deploy the necessary resources to protect its closest partners at their request.
“The ongoing escalation is dangerous for all. It must stop. The Iranian regime must understand that it no longer has any option but to engage in good-faith negotiations to end its nuclear and ballistic programs, as well as its actions of regional destabilization. This is absolutely essential to the security of all in the Middle East.”
Macron said, the people of Iran must express readiness to build their future “freely” as he condemned the “massacres” being carried out by the Islamic regime.
The French Leader called for an “urgent” United Nations Security Council meeting as he disclosed France is closely reaching out to its European partners and friends in the Middle East.
President Macron said: “The Iranian people must also be able to build their future freely. The massacres perpetrated by the Islamic regime disqualify it and require that the voice be given back to the people. The sooner, the better.
“France is calling for an urgent meeting of the United Nations Security Council. I am in close contact with our European partners and our friends in the Middle East.”
Iran is believed to have in its possession missiles and drones in thousands with the capabilities to strike the entre Middle East, according to previous analysis of the regime’s weapons systems.
