Portuguese forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, scored twice to help Al Nassr to a 3-0 fine win against Al Akhdoud in the Saudi Professional League 2025/26 match on Saturday 27 December, 2025 at Al Awwal Park in Riyadh.
The outcome means Al Nassr has emerged winners in ten (10) games out of ten (10) in the Saudi top flight.
The former Real Madrid forward netted a brace in the first half and former Chelsea forward, Joao Felix, sealed the victory with the third late.
The home side were mercilessly dominant since the kick off of the clash and were frequently mounting pressure on the visitors’ penalty box as they targeted to pick up an early goal.
In the 31st minute, Ronaldo opened the scoring for Al Nassr, and went ahead to make it two in the 3rd minute of first half additional time.
And in the 4th minute of stoppage time, Felix scored the third to ensure Al Nassr’s 100% start to the campaign is preserved.
Former Bayern Munich player, Kingsley Coman, came close to finding the net as he attempted a shot on goal only to watch his effort hit the crossbar and go out of play.
Al Akhdoud appealed for a penalty in the 55th minute after their forward Blaz Kramer was brought down to the ground following a challenge from Al-Nassr custodian Nawaf Alaqidi.
The penalty appeal was not granted after the referee went for a VAR check – it was found that Kramer was in offside position when he received the through pass.
Ronaldo almost scored his Saudi Pro League 7th hat-trick in the 66th minute after converting a cross from Sultan Al-Ghannam into the net, but, his goal was cancelled following a VAR check.
After inspiring Al Nassr to a record 10th win back-to-back in the Saudi Pro League on Saturday, Ronaldo was once again the MVP after adding two (2) more goals to his tally.

The defenders of Al Akhdoud did a job worthy of commendation after withstanding the powerful attacks of the hosts for the first thirty (30) minutes of the match.
