English goal machine, Harry Kane, netted a brace to attain 100 goals for Kings of Germany, Bayern Munich, in record time as the Bundesliga toppers cruised to a beautiful 4-0 triumph over Werder Bremen at the Allianz Arena on Friday 26 September, 2025.
Jonathan Tah, who joined the Bavarians from Bayer Leverkusen, opened scoring for Vincent Kompany’s side in the 22nd minute with an assist from former Crystal Palace star, Michael Olise.
Werder Bremen, who worked really hard to tighten up their defence, conceded the second through Kane in the 45th minute from the penalty spot.
Kane converted an assist from Luis Diaz in the 65th minute to add the third for the home side; his 100th goal for Bayern Munich in just his 104th appearance, breaking a European record previously held by Cristiano Ronaldo and Erling Haaland (100 goals in 105 games for one club).
The England forward was substituted to a standing ovation with 12 minutes left as Kompany looked ahead to gear up for Tuesday’s Uefa Champions League 2025/26 trip to Pafos.
Konrad Laimer then sealed victory for Bayern late, in the 87th minute, finishing nicely after being played in by Tom Bischof to complete a comprehensive victory.
The former Tottenham Hotspur star was a constant threat all through the encounter, recording four shots on target and converting clinically from the penalty spot before adding his milestone 100th Bayern goal in the second 45 minutes.
