Executive Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, received “the world’s largest contract electronics manufacturer”, Foxconn, at the Gateway City Gate, where both sides discussed about the “vast investment opportunities” in Ogun State on Friday.
The Governor said, his government is dedicated “to creating a conducive environment for global investors”.
Governor Abiodun posted on X: “Today, we were honoured to receive Foxconn @HonHai_Foxconn, the world’s largest contract electronics manufacturer and a global leader with a revenue base of over $200 billion, at the Gateway City Gate.
“Our discussions centered on the vast investment opportunities available in Ogun State and the prospects of the company setting up its businesses here.
“We remain committed to creating a conducive environment for global investors, and we are confident that Ogun State, with its strategic location, infrastructure, and human capital, provides the best destination for Foxconn and other world-class enterprises to thrive.”
