Premier League outift, Manchester United, have released an update on Malian defensive midfielder, Sekou Kone’s, head injury.
The Reds disclosed, Kone is “conscious and stable” after picking up the injury in the National League Cup game on Wednesday night.
The Club further disclosed, the player was rushed to hospital for more checks.
Via a Statement on X, Manchester United revealed:
“Update on Sekou Kone after he sustained a head injury in tonight’s National League Cup game:
“Sekou is conscious, stable and communicating with United’s medical team.
“He has been taken to hospital as a precaution for further checks.”
