The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) 2025/26 match between newly promoted Kun Khalifat, and defending champions, Remo Stars, is scheduled to take place at the Enyimba Stadium.
Kun Khalifat, based in Owerri, Imo State, will not welcome their visitors at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, for the top flight encounter due to renovation.
In its NPFL opener, Kun Khalifat held Enugu Rangers to a goalless draw in Enugu.
According to NPFL: “@khalifatfc VS @RemoStarsSC will hold on Monday, September 1 at the Enyimba Stadium. Venue change is a result of renovation work at the Dan Anyiam Stadium.
“Further fixtures of Kun Khalifat FC will be played on Fridays or Saturdays as the club may determine.”
