Paris Saint-Germaine (PSG) French forward, Ousmane Dembele, said, the French side will do “everything” to make sure that the FIFA Club World Cup trophy returns to France with the Les Parisiens.
Dembele made the statement ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 final between his side, PSG, and English side, Chelsea, on Sunday 13 July, 2025 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey at 20:00 (WAT).
The former Barcelona player said: “We will give everything to win this trophy.”
At his press conference ahead of the showdown, Head Coach of PSG, Luis Enrique, described Chelsea as a “physically strong” team, adding, he is expecting the match to be “tight”.
Dembele netted the second goal for the Uefa Champions League 2024/25 Champions in the FIFA Club World Cup semi final match against Real Madrid; a game PSG won 4-0.
