Ademola Adeleke, Executive Governor of Osun State, has announced, the Lagere Flyover which is the “first of its kind in Ile-Ife” is nearing completion.
The “iconic project” which sits in Lagere, “the heart of Ile-Ife” is being constructed to help ease “traffic congestion and provide seamless traveling experience” around the town.
In his ‘Osun Infrastructure Update’ via X, Governor Adeleke said: “The Lagere Flyover, the first of its kind in Ile Ife, the cradle of Yoruba land is nearing completion, marking a significant milestone in our administration’s quest to upgrade the infrastructure landscape of Osun State.
“Sitting at Lagere, the heart of Ile-Ife, this iconic project is aimed at easing traffic congestion and provide seamless traveling experience in and around Ile-Ife. As a choice destination for millions of Yorubas– locally and globally, our administration are committed to providing the needed infrastructures for Ifeland to serve its purpose and be worthy of being the source of Yoruba people.
“Sincere appreciation to the good people of Osun State for their continued support and prayers for our administration as we deliver on our promise to transform Osun and take it to enviable heights.”
