Music lovers have reported facing lengthy delays as they tried to exit a Justin Timberlake concert.
American singer, Justin Timberlake, who has won the Grammy award a record ten (10) times, performed at Chelmsford City Racecourse, in Essex, on Friday evening as part of Chelmsford City Live.
However, afterwards, frustrated concert-goers said it had taken many hours to leave car parks as streams of vehicles queued for exits. According to a post, people were “stranded in a field”.
Police of Essex said it was “liaising” with the organisers to resolve the issues before Saturday’s concert headlined by Duran Duran. The promoters of the event and the racecourse have been approached for comment.
The American record producer was the headliner on the first night of the three-day festival, pulling a crowd of about 25,000.
