President Bola Tinubu has promised more collaboration with the Kaduna State government after his visit to the State on Thursday.
The President who has returned to Aso Villa, said, his administration has “a lot in store for the people of Kaduna”.
Alongside the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, the President inaugurated the State’s BRT Service using CNG buses, roads, hospitals and skill centres.
The President made known, Governor Sani’s administration’s vision tallies with his Renewed Hope Agenda, and said, the Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved the reconstruction of the important Birnin Gwari Road.
The Birnin Gwari road links Northern and Southern Nigeria; the President said, the road will be reconstructed as a “just reward for peace”.
He assured, he will not stop to work “closely” with Governor Sani, whom he labelled “my dear comrade” to solidify the advancement made in “security, infrastructural development, human capital development, and social investment”.
President Tinubu wrote on his official X account: “Back in The Aso Villa, I again thank the people of Kaduna State for their unflinching support of our administration. Indeed, I felt at home there. Our bond is unbreakable.
“Our administration has a lot in store for the people of Kaduna State. The Federal Executive Council has approved the reconstruction of the important Birnin Gwari Road, which is a link between northern and southern Nigeria.
“The road reconstruction is a just reward for peace.
“Any community that embraces peace opens the gate to progress and development.
“I will continue to work closely with my dear comrade, Governor Uba Sani, to consolidate the progress made in security, infrastructural development, human capital development, and social investment””
