Bayern Munich who mercilessly dominated the encounter finally netted the winner when French midfielder, Olise, converted Kane’s assistate, in the 84th minute, for the Bundesliga 2024/25 Champions.
The outcome means Bayern Munich are toppers of Group C with six (6) points after amassing two (2) victories from two (2) encounters.
The Bavarians, in their first match of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, pitilessly walloped New Zealand side, Auckland City, by an amazing ten (10) goals to zero (0).
Benfica, Potuguese side, are second with four (4) points after discomfiting Auckland City 6-0 on Friday.
