Kemi Badenoch, Leader of the Conservative Party, has fired at the Labour government saying, “Labour have wrecked the economy and people are losing their jobs.”
She said, while tariffs recently imposed by the United States (US) President, Donald Trump, is adversely affecting British businesses, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (UK), Keir Starmer, who “promised change”, slammed citizens with job tax which is “making people even poorer”.
Badenoch said, Starmer has “delivered misery” to the people of Britain.
President Trump announced tariffs on so many countries including the UK, China, Nigeria, India, South Africa among others.
Kemi Badenoch said: “Labour have wrecked the economy and people are losing their jobs. While tariffs hit British businesses, Starmer’s JOBS TAX starts TODAY—making people even poorer. This is their record. No excuses. Starmer promised change. He’s delivered misery.”
