National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, CON, wrote: “In Katsina, I attended the swearing-in of 34 new local governments chairmen of Katsina state.
“I was together with the members of the APC national working committee and some party statesmen. The event was conducted at Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina on Monday.”
