Remo Stars emerged the new Kings of Nigeria after a lone goal win over Niger Tornadoes in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) match on Sunday 27 April, 2025 at Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne, Ogun State.
O. Adebayo scored the only goal of the game for the Sky Blue Stars late, in the 84th minute, to hand Remo Stars the title after waiting for fifteen (15) years.
Remo Stars wrote: “Champions at last.
