Governor of Kebbi State, Dr. Nasir Idris, has come out to say, that he has no intention of leaving his “beloved” Party, APC.
This is coming following “ridiculously malicious report” currently circulating on social media, that claims, Governor of Kebbi State, Dr. Nasir Idris, alongside four (4) other Governors, are making plans to decamp from the governing All Progressives Congress (APC).
Idris “categorically stated that this report is not only false but a huge joke concocted by the most uninteresting political comedians.”
Clarifying on the “malicious report”, Governor Idris (X/@NasiridrisKG) said: “I, Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu), wish to address a ridiculously malicious report currently circulating on social media, claiming that I and four other governors are planning to dump our beloved party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
“Let it be categorically stated that this report is not only false but a huge joke concocted by the most uninteresting political comedians. I am completely focused on improving Kebbi State and consolidating the gains and successes recorded by our great party under the leadership of our beloved President, His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“If anyone tells you again that I intend to leave the APC, tell them it is a blatant lie with no basis whatsoever. My loyalty to the APC remains firm and unshakable. Together, we shall continue to move our dear state and Nigeria forward.”
