Edo State: ‘We remain resolute and committed in our pursuit of truth and justice’ – Ighodalo’s statement on election petition tribunal

2024 Governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the Edo State Governorship Election, Asue Ighodalo, has released his statement on the Edo State Governorship Election petition tribunal.

Ighodalo said, “We remain resolute. We remain committed. And we shall not waiver in our pursuit of truth and justice.”

Asue Ighodalo (PDP) and Olumide Akpata of the Labour Party (LP) lost in the Edo State Governorship Election 2024 to Monday Okpebholo of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Edo State Governorship Election petition Tribunal affirmed Monday Okpebholo’s election victory on Wednesday 2 April, 2025.
