Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund finished 2-2 in Der Klassiker, keeping the title race wide open in the final five (5) games of the season.
The match, very important for both teams’ ambitions this season, lived up to its expectation with four (4) second-half goals and numerous twists and turns.
Maximilian Beier scored first for the Black and Yellow in the 48th minute, but, Raphael Guerreiro levelled for Vincent Kompany’s side in the 65th minute.
In the 69th minute, Serge Gnabry, took Bayern to the front with the second, however, the hosts could not hold on and allowed Dortmund levelled in the 75th minute through Waldemar Anton.
Bayern Munich will now gear up for the Uefa Champions League quarter final second leg against Inter at San Siro, Milan, Italy next week after losing at Allianz Arena 1-2 earlier this week.
