Leader of the Conservative Party, Kemj Badenoch, has expressed her annoyance at “Labour’s tax hikes”, saying, “this government doesn’t value families or businesses; it destroys them”.
Kemi Badenoch said: “1 in 10 family firms already sold up due to Labour’s tax hikes—fewer jobs, less food, weaker local economies.
“This government doesn’t value families or businesses; it destroys them. We’ll keep fighting Labour’s attack on our family farms and livelihoods.”
Her statement is coming as a reaction to a tweet by @NoFarmsNoFood, which says: “The Labour government are decimating the farming industry.
““200,000 farming and family firms jobs at risk from Reeves’s death duty raid.””
