English side, Manchester United, progressed into the Uefa Europa League quarter-finals with a beautiful 4-1 (5-2 aggregate) victory over Spanish side, Real Sociedad, at Old Trafford.
Mikel Oyarzabal placed Real Sociedad in front inside ten (10) minutes from the penalty spot, however, the hosts fought back and equalized through Portuguese midfielder, Bruno Fernandes, in the 16th minute from the penalty spot.
In the 50th minute, Fernandes netted again for Ruben Amorim’s side to make it two (2) from the penalty spot; the Reds Skipper completed his hat-trick in the 87th minute to make it three for the hosts.
Defender, Diogo Dalot, sealed victory for United in the 1st minute of additional time after converting Rasmus Hojlund’s assist.
