Governor of Rivers State , Siminalayi Fubara, announced, he has sworn in Chairmen and members of the Rivers State House of Assembly Service Commission and the Local Government Service Commission.
Fubara charged them “to uphold discipline, professionalism and best practices”, and further announced, he inaugurated the Rivers State Waste Management Agency Board.
According to Governor Fubara: “Today, I swore in the Chairmen and members of the Rivers State House of Assembly Service Commission and the Local Government Service Commission, charging them to uphold discipline, professionalism and best practices.
“I also inaugurated the Rivers State Waste Management Agency Board with the mandate to enhance efficiency in environmental management. The era of laxity is over, public service must be driven by excellence and accountability.”
