The Nigerian VP made the statement as he spoke on Tuesday during a forum titled “Roadmap to Co-Create Investment Opportunities for Africa’s Frontier Markets” at the WEF 2025 which is ongoing in Davos, Switzerland.

The Vice President spoke on Tuesday during a forum titled “Roadmap to Co-Create Investment Opportunities for Africa’s Frontier Markets” at the ongoing annual meeting of the 2025 World Economic Forum (@wef) in Davos, Switzerland.
The session, co-chaired by @hubacek, Managing Director of the World Economic Forum, and chaired by @ML_AkinOlugbade, Senior Vice President of the African Development Bank (@AfDB_Group) Group, focused on the Humanitarian and Resilience Investing Roadmap for Africa.
He told the forum that the narratives about Nigeria and the African continent as a whole are not as grim as painted by doomsday proponents.
