President Donald Trump signed approximately 200 executive orders, actions and memos in just one day in Office.
On Monday 20 January, 2025, Donald Trump was sworn in as 47th President of the United States (US) by the country’s Chief Justice, John Roberts.
According to NY AG James: “My office and a multistate coalition are suing to immediately stop President Trump’s dangerous and unconstitutional order trying to end birthright citizenship.
We will protect the integrity of our Constitution, its fundamental rights, and the promise of the American dream.”
Also, Minnesota AG, Keith Ellison, announced, he is suing President Trump for the same reason – to stop the executive order to end birthright citizenship.
