Manchester United defeated Southampton 3-1 in the Premier League match at Old Trafford on Thursday 16 January, 2025.
The Saints went in front when Manuel Ugarte hit the back of his own net in the 43rd minute, but, the hosts fought back back and levelled in the 82nd minute through Amad.
The Ivorian scored the second and third for United in the 90th minute and 4th minute of additional time to save the Reds from what would have been a fourth straight home defeat.
United goalkeeper, Andre Onana, made series of fine saves to stop the Saints.
On the other side, Brighton defeated Ipswich Town 2-0 at Portman Road.
