The Tesla CEO’s tip is coming following the “devastating” wildfires in the State of California.
The disaster has forced more than 100,000 people to be ordered to evacuate Southern California; five (5) people have been confirmed dead.
According to Musk: “Something that people may find helpful for stopping fires is packing wet sand/dirt (aka mud) on vulnerable surfaces if you can.
This is far more effective than just wetting a surface with water, which evaporates quickly.”
