Uzodimma said, the “moment is a poignant reminder of the silent sacrifices made by their families, who bear the weight of their absence and the burden of their duty.”
According to Governor Uzodimma: “Today, I launched the emblem of the Armed Forces ahead of the commemoration of Armed Forces Remembrance Day. This moment filled me with profound nostalgia as I reflected on the courage and sacrifices of our military personnel who have selflessly given their freedom for ours.
It is also a poignant reminder of the silent sacrifices made by their families, who bear the weight of their absence and the burden of their duty. Supporting our military is not just a duty but a moral obligation for every citizen of our great nation.
I urge all citizens to actively support our armed forces in any way possible. Whether through acts of kindness, advocacy, or tangible assistance, let us collectively ensure we lighten their burden and honor their sacrifices with enduring gratitude.”
