According to Governor of Enugu State, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah: “During the recent signing of a $100 million agreement between the Enugu State Government and an Austrian firm at the Government House, the Austrian Ambassador to Nigeria, Thomas Schlesinger, expressed his home government’s support for the last-mile water connection to homes and offices in Enugu city.
