According to Badenoch: “First meeting in the US with @SpeakerJohnson, leader of the Republicans in Congress.
We discussed the future of UK-US relations under President Trump and about building alliances as a centre-right resurgence takes place across the Western world.
He has a great sense of humour and it was a real pleasure to meet.”
