President Joe Biden’s name will not appear on the ballot on Tuesday 5 November, 2024 when Americans will troop out to elect their next President.

However the US President will wait to see whether the country will send his predecessor or chosen successor to the White House next year.
Biden has maintained a relatively low profile in recent days and is expected to do the same today.
Alongside his wife, Jill Biden, he will watch the election results from the residence of the White House with long-time aides and senior White House staff, a White House official said.
He is expected to receive steady updates as races occur across the country.
Joe Biden who was to run for second term was forced to drop his Presidential bid by fellow Democrats as they felt he will not be able to clinch victory over Donald Trump, Presidential candidate of the Republican Party.
After pressure mounted on the US President to drop his Presidential bid, he endorsed his Vice, Kamala Harris.
Harris has promised to fight for the “reproductive freedom” of all American women if she emerges America’s next President, while Trump promised to “make America great again”.
