With this outcome, Arne Slot’s side maintain their perfect start to the UCL 2024/25.
Following a goalless first 45 minutes, the hosts opened scoring against Xabi Alonso’s side in the 61st minute through Diaz, and Cody Gakpo added the second in the 63rd minutes.
Diaz completed his hat-trick in the 83rd minute and 2nd minute of additional time to make it 4-0 for the Reds.
