Dutch defender, Jurrien Timber, believes Arsenal “have a lot of quality, just need a little bit of luck in scoring more goal”.

Italian Serie A giants, Inter, defeated English Premier League side, Arsenal, by a lone goal in the Uefa Champions League 2024/25 League Phase match at San Siro on Wednesday 6 November, 2024.

Hakan Çalhanoglu’s goal from the penalty spot in the 3rd minute of first half additional time was all the Nerazzurri needed to clinch all three (3) points.

In their post-defeat comments:

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, said: “We still have half the competition to play and if we continue to play the way we did today, we will win a lot of games.”

Defender, Jurrien Timber, said: “I believe in our squad, we have a lot of quality, just need a little bit of luck in scoring more goals.”

Arsenal heavily dominated the encounter however, were unable to find the net.
