The anticipated fight between Legendary, Mike Tyson, and YouTuber-turned-boxer, Jake Paul, will take place on Friday 15 November, 2024, 8:00pm ET (Saturday 16 November, 2024, 2:00am in Nigeria), at AT&T Stadium, Texas.

The boxing match was initially scheduled to hold on 20 July, 2024, however, was postponed after Tyson, who had a scare on a flight from Miami to Los Angeles on May 26, and needed to receive medical attention, was advised to rest and to not make a return to training for a few weeks, as made known via a statement from MVP, Paul’s promotional company.
According to the statement, “During a follow up consultation on Thursday with medical professionals on his recent ulcer flare up, the recommendation is for Mike Tyson to do minimal to light training over the next few weeks and then return to full training with no limitations.”
Tyson, Brooklyn, New York, who has clinched 44 KOs is the youngest heavyweight to win a world title. At 20, he discomfited Trevor Berbick in 1986 by second-round TKO to win the WBC belt in Las Vegas.
Paul, Cleveland, Ohio, has 7 KOs. He lives and trains in Puerto Rico, and started professional boxing in 2020, had six straight victories, four by stoppage, mostly against former MMA fighters.
The fight will be contested over eight two-minute rounds, with 14-ounce gloves.
