South African advocate and professor of law, holding a chair in social justice, Prof Thuli Madonsela, has sent her congratulations to Nigeria’s Queen, Chidimma Onwe Adetshina, following her emergence as first runner-up at the Miss Universe 2024.

Miss Universe 2024 held in Mexico City, Mexico on Sunday 17 November, 2024; Denmark’s Queen, Victoria Kjaer, is Miss Universe 2024.
Madonsela said, “Chidimma’s invincible resilience should be inspiring to all young persons that find themselves caught up in adversity.”
Following her beautiful representation at the Miss Universe 2024, Chidimma emerged Miss Universe Queen of Africa and Oceania.
