The Governor said, “the EIICC will serve as a hub for high-profile conferences, exhibitions, and cultural events, positioning Imo State as a competitive player in the region’s event-hosting sector.”
According to Governor Uzodimma: “The Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Conference Center (EIICC) was conceived to bridge the existing gap in facilities catering to large-scale corporate and social gatherings in Imo State and environs.
Upon inspecting the ongoing construction, I am pleased to observe the project advancing steadily, with contractors demonstrating a commendable commitment to quality and timelines.
The EIICC will serve as a hub for high-profile conferences, exhibitions, and cultural events, positioning Imo State as a competitive player in the region’s event-hosting sector. Its completion is expected to stimulate economic activities, attract investments, and provide a venue that reflects the State’s growing prominence.
This iconic structure will not only cater to present needs but also anticipate the demands of future generations. I commend the meticulous work on-site and remain confident that this landmark project will be a catalyst for progress upon completion.”
