The event will run from Monday 18 to Wednesday 19 November, 2024.
According to Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. Yusuf Maitama Tuggar: “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will lead Nigeria’s delegation to the G20 Leaders Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from November 18-19, 2024.
This is a pivotal development in enhancing our nation’s global engagement and advancing our aspirations for G20 membership.
The Summit will address key global priorities, including poverty reduction, global governance reform, and sustainable development.
These objectives align with Nigeria’s domestic and foreign policy goals.”
