‘Appropriate actions will be taken against Eko DisCo if poor customer service persists’ – NNG

Nigeria National Grid has come out to apologize on behalf of Eko Electricity Distribution Company (Eko DisCo) for its “power customer service”.

NNG warned Eko DisCo “appropriate actions will be taken if the situation persists!”

According to Nigeria National Grid:

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM EKO DisCO:

We have noticed with great dissatisfaction, a huge communication deficiency from 

@EKEDP to their consumers.

We categorically state that efficient Corporate Communications is the hallmark of any serious minded organization. 

The Nigeria power sector is already riddled with enough ill experience for the citizens; keeping them abreast of the happenings is the least expected of any service provider.

We apologize on behalf of 

@EKEDP to their consumers and expect a tolerable degree of responsiveness from them moving forward.

Appropriate actions will be taken if the situation persists!
