Erik Ten Hag’s side went ahead in the 15th minute through Danish midfielder, Christian Eriksen, however, the hosts levelled when Youssef En-Nesyri hit the back of the net four (4) minutes into the second half.
Mourinho was shown the red card for protests after Fenerbahce were denied penalty.
Manchester United remain winless in the tournament.
