The German made the statement at his press conference ahead of the UCL match at Villa Park.
He added, the Villans “defend very well”, and he expects the game to be “very tough”.
Aston Villa will face Bayern Munich in the Uefa Champions League 2024/25 League Phase match on Wednesday 2 October, 2024 at 20:00 (WAT).
At his press conference, Gnabry said:
On the match against Aston Villa…
“Aston Villa are definitely a very good team that’s been very consistent, playing well, is physical. Players at teams in England go to the gym a lot. It’s a very strenuous, very tough game. They also defend very well. It won’t be easy tomorrow.”
On current form…
“Our play is very good at the moment, very dominant. It feels good. We want to have as much possession as possible, be clinical in attack. We can’t really complain right now.”
