Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has come out to defend Israel Defence Forces (IDF) after the United Nations (UN) said, it attacked UNIFIL peacekeepers in Lebanon.

The Israeli PM said, “the charge that Israel deliberately attacked UNIFIL personnel is completely false.”
UNIFIL has raised alarm that Israel attacked its peacekeepers in Lebanon which got two (2) injured, and another hit by bullet, however, has undergone surgery and is stable.
Via a video, PM Netanyahu, said: “Israel repeatedly asked UNIFIL to get out of harm’s way.
“Israel is not fighting with UNIFIL. It’s not fighting against the people of Lebanon.”
