President of France, Emmanuel Macron, has called for “immediate ceasefire in Gaza as in Lebanon”, adding, it is really “essential”.

This is coming following intense fighting between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Recently, Israel Defence Forces (IDF) announced eight (8) of its troops were killed in conflict in Southern Lebanon by Hezbollah fighters.
Also, IDF announced the elimination of some Hezbollah leaders.
The French President said, “escalation of tensions must be avoided for the security of Israel and all.”
President Macron said: “An immediate ceasefire is essential in Gaza as in Lebanon.
We must avoid the escalation of tensions, protect civilian populations, free the hostages and find political solutions necessary for the security of Israel and all.”
