President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, has said, Iranians “have the right to defend ourselves.”

His statement is coming after Iran launched almost 200 missiles at Israel.
Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said, Iran launched missiles over the Old City in Jerusalem; an action which has forced thousands of Israelis to take refuge in bomb shelters.
Pezeshkian warned Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, “do not enter a conflict with Iran.”
The Iranian President said, “we have the right to defend ourselves.”
Former UK PM, Rishi Sunak, has come out to express unwavering support for Israel following the Iranian attacks; he said, “i stand unequivocally by Israel’s right to defend itself including against Hezbollah in Lebanon.”
