“This gives minorities the right of self-determination within a federation without being decimated by sub-national groups that may use their numbers to overwhelm minorities.
In President Bola Tinubu, I see the Nigeria of my dreams emerging. One where the federating units are free to move at their own pace without leaving the federation.
