Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Umo Eno, has officially approved ₦80,000 minimum wage for all state government employees.

He said, “this is a significant step towards improving the welfare of our workforce.”
According to Governor Eno: “I am happy to officially approve the N80,000 minimum wage for all state government employees. We’ve also constituted an implementation committee to ensure a smooth rollout, with a report expected within one month.
This is a significant step towards improving the welfare of our workforce and reinforcing our commitment to better working conditions for everyone!”
