The US VP statement is coming as a response to a tweet which says, Republican Party Presidential candidate, Donald Trump’s running mate, Senator JD Vance, made a reaction to a “deadly school shooting in Georgia saying school shootings are just “a fact of life””.
X user (@KamalaHQ) tweeted: “JD Vance responds to the deadly shooting in Georgia by saying school shootings are just “a fact of life” and attacking common sense gun safety reform.”
US VP, Harris, quoted @KamalaHQ tweet and commented: “School shootings are not just a fact of life.
It doesn’t have to be this way. We can take action to protect our children—and we will.”
