President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Joe Biden, President of the United States (US), on the sidelines of the 79th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) taking place in New York, US, participated in a special G7+ meeting on Ukraine’s reconstruction.

The Ukrainian President thanked President Biden “for the unwavering U.S. support, which is saving lives and helping Ukraine defend its independence.”
According to President Zelenskyy: “I met with President Biden @POTUS on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly and expressed my gratitude for the unwavering U.S. support, which is saving lives and helping Ukraine defend its independence.
I told President Biden about the situation on the frontlines and raised the Plan of Victory. We agreed to discuss it in detail during negotiations in Washington tomorrow.
Together, we participated in a special G7+ meeting on Ukraine’s reconstruction, where more than 30 countries and the EU signed a declaration focused on Ukraine’s post-war recovery.”
