First—the protection of our energy sector this winter. All key representatives of the industry were present. Received reports from Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and Minister of Energy German Galushchenko. We reviewed the state of technical protection of facilities, the schedule for the completion of fortifications, and the deployment of electronic warfare and air defense systems, including the Patriot systems we expect in the near future.

Second—our domestic production of missiles, drones, and electronic warfare equipment. Reports were given by Vice Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha. We discussed solutions to enable our industry to reach its full potential, including long-term state contracts and foreign investment.

And, of course, the situation on the frontline. A report was delivered by Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi on all main directions, followed by reports from intelligence representatives Kyrylo Budanov and Oleh Ivashchenko.”
