The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) and Chevron Nigeria Ltd have signed an agreement for the conversion of Oil Mining Leases (OML) into four (4) Petroleum Prospecting Licenses (PPLs) and twenty-six (26) Petroleum Mining Licenses (PMLs).
