Courtois clinched this feat after Real Madrid discomfited Real Sociedad by two goals to nil in the La Liga 2024/25 match on Saturday 14 September, 2024 at Reale Arena.
Considered as one of the best goalkeepers in the world, Courtois, in his post-victory comments, said: “Hello #Madridistas! I’m very happy for today’s win and your support, and I’m thrilled to have reached 100 clean sheets with Real Madrid. Ready for more!”
Carlo Ancelotti’s side netted two penalties to grab all three points of the top flight encounter, thanks to Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe goals in the 58th and 75th minutes respectively.
