Uzodimma said, “Edo State is poised to experience unprecedented transformation under Senator Okpebholo’s leadership.”
Monday Okpebholo of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) was declared winner of the Edo State Governorship Election 2024 by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC); he discomfited Asue Ighodalo of the PDP, and Olumide Akpata of the Labour Party (LP), to emerged Governor-Elect of Edo State.
According to Governor Uzodimma: “I joined Edo State Governor-Elect, Senator Monday Okpebholo, alongside our party’s National Chairman and other key leaders, as he formally presented his Certificate of Return to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This event marks a significant milestone for our party, as we remain steadfast in our commitment to spreading progress and development across Nigeria.
